I was tagged by Heidi, apparently quite a while ago but I missed it...
I am: Crazy, funny ( just ask me) A mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a grand-daughter, an aunt, a niece, a friend,
I think: That I should be wrapping presents and vacuuming my floor instead of blogging.
I know: That I am Crazy and I own it.
I want: To get finished with Christmas soon.
I have: Taken on too many "projects" and sometimes I feel like I am in way over my head.
I dislike: Dumb people and being stressed out, about not being able to pick my kids up today.
I miss: My Grandma Stimpson, deeply, and every day.
I fear: Losing one of my kids, or them becoming really sick, and me getting a brain tumor. (love you babe)
I feel: annoyed by day care kids this minute.
I hear: Heidi's blog music and Delaney telling the baby "Don't touch my chair"
I smell: My lotion from bath and body works.
I crave: Chocolate chip cookies and orange chicken, not necessarily together.
I cry: As little as possible, and when the choir sings like angels, like they did yesterday :)
I search: For Inner peace.
I wonder: If I can actually make enough money making bows to quit daycare.
I regret: Lots of stuff from my younger years, and that I'm a crazy mom.
I wish: I were a more calm less crazy mom.
I love: My family and friends. I ADORE my husband and kids.
I care: That my kids are happy, and that my family (brothers sisters, mom and dad are all happy)
I always: Tell my kids and husband how much I love them.
I worry: Constantly, about money, kids responsibilites.
I am not: skinny but I'm trying to be thinner.
I remember: EVERYTHING!! Ask Chris....
I believe: That families can be together forever.
I sing: Everywhere that I know the song.
I don’t: Take time to "smell the roses". I need to remember to slow down.
I argue: About things I feel strongly about. But not with my family, I don't like the contention.
I write: About things on my blog that I want to remember, it is my journal.
I win: As much as possible.
I lose: My grip when I am totally overwhelmed and crazy.
I listen: To everything and everyone, and sometimes it hurts my brain.
I don’t understand: Why some people are allowed to drive, or even breath for that matter :)
I can usually be found:At home making bows, or on the computer.
I need: To chill
I forget: Stuff if I don't write it down.
I am happy: Right now, this very minute I love my family, and my friends and I can't wait for the fights on Saturday!!!
I tag....Katie, Melissa and Melanie. My strong, wonderful, smart and beautiful cousins.

Christmas Tag
I have been tagged by Robin,
Wrapping paper or gift bags? I prefer bags and boxes because I'm lazy, but I try to wrap my kids stuff so they can RIP the paper.
Real tree or artificial? Artificial.
When do you put up your tree? The 1st weekend in December
When do you take your tree down? The day after Christmas if I'm not too tired, otherwise that weekend, it bugs me by then.
Do you like eggnog? Yes, but I don't drink it anymore, because I can picture it sticking to my butt :)
Favorite gift as a child? I'm not really sure, probably my cabbage patch doll.
Do you have a nativity scene? Yes a couple small ones, nothing fancy.
The hardest person to buy for? Chris's mom and dad
Easiest person to buy for? All three of my kids, and Chris
Mail or e-mail Christmas cards? Mail for sure, however, they are still sitting on my cupboard.
Worst Christmas gift you ever received? A set of educational books, about National landmarks from my grandma when I was like 10. Woo hoo!!

Have you ever recycled a gift? I'm sure I have
Favorite thing to eat at Christmas time? Ham and funeral potates.
Clear or colored lights on the tree? White
Clear or colored lights on the house? White
Favorite Christmas song? I have Christmas music issues, but I would have to say, Do you Hear what I hear?
Travel at Christmas time or stay home? We have to drive to Salt Lake every other year, either Christmas day or Christmas eve. But I would love to go to Florida.
Can you name all Santa's reindeer? Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen, and Rudolph
Open presents on Christmas eve or Christmas day? Christmas day.
Most annoying thing about this time of year? Always trying to do too much
Favorite ornament theme or color? This is the first year that my tree hasn't been a mish mash, and it is gold, and fancy and beautiful and I LOVE IT!!!
What do you want for Christmas this year? World peace, and my two front teeth.
What is your favorite Christmas memory? I can't really place one.
I tag...Staci and Darcie

Ice Crack
This past Saturday night Chris and I took the boys to the Jazz game. Chris and I rode the Frontrunner with Dave and Staci and 4 of their kids and Chris's dad met us at the Frontrunner station downtown. (the boys spent the night down there) We rode Trax over to the Gateway and had dinner and then walked over to the game.
Our seats were in the 2nd and 3rd to last rows. I had to pop my ears every time we went down due the the altitude change.
Chris went out and bought the boys a drink to share and when it was all gone, they took off the lid, to get those last few drops. Well Chandler had the cup and was just watching the game and tipping the cup back and forth and all of a sudden he lost his grip and the cup went flying forward, well he caught the cup, but to some theories of physics such as an object in motion will remain in motion, the ice kept going, right down the pants of the guy sitting in front of him, and right on down his crack. Sorry sir! But it was freaking hilarious!

I know it's shocking
It's shocking because I haven't really had much to say....well that isn't true. In the last month I've actually had a lot to say, but I'm very careful about posting my opinion on MY OWN blog because I don't want to offend any one since I obviously don't know every single persons opinion on every single thing.
On that note.....Can we skip Thanksgiving?....not that I'm ready for Christmas or Christmas decorations, or music. But I just really want to go shopping and I could do without the whole meal. I just want to go out to eat and then go shopping, a movie, whatever...but I could skip the whole thing. Sorry!
I have also not said one word politically this entire month so I have to get this out of my system........ TIMES ARE ALREADY CHANGING....TIMES HAVE BEEN CHANGING FOR A LONG TIME!!!! If I hear one more person (in church) talk about how times are changing because of politics and things in our world are scary my head is going to explode. No matter who was elected and whether you like it or not. It has been scary in our world for a long time, and things have been changing for a LONGER time. Anway, I don't know if that makes sense, but I really don't think the world as we know it is coming to an end because of 1 election.

SCARY!!!!
Chandler (Stars wars clone or Storm Trooper)
Mclayne, (The man with no face)
Delaney of course the Princess of Quite A LOT!
These are our little Trick-or-Treaters. They had so much fun! We went to John and Melinda's ward for their trunk or treat and had dinner. Afterwards, Chris was going to take the boys around the neighborhood and Delaney, who didn't really care that much about the candy insisted on tagging along, so Chris put her in the stroller (slow walker) and she still made a haul!

Breakfast Burritos
So Chris has been stopping at Maverik every morning for a breakfast sandwich and to fill his mug, which costs $3.28 anyway, that is not really in our budget, and we had a whole bunch of hashbrowns in our freezer (another story) and I found this recipe and thought I would share.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 slices canadian bacon, cut into small pieces (I used bacon cut up)
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and drained
8 eggs
1/2 cup salsa
16 (6") tortillas
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (I used Weight Watchers mexican blend)
Preparation:
In large skillet, heat olive oil and brown bacon and has browns. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs and salsa; beat well until combined. Pour into skillet with bacon and potatoes and cook over medium heat, stirring occassionally, until eggs are set. Spoon egg mixture into flour tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, and roll us. Place roll-ups in freezer bags and freeze.
When ready to serve, place burrito in microwave, covered with a paper towel, and heat for about 1-2 minutes on high power for each burrito.
