This is a corsage and boutenniere that I am making for a wedding on the 10th of October. We are using silk flowers and I think they look really pretty, and they are about 1,000 times easier to work with than live flowers. I hope she likes them.
But if you don't use real flowers then you miss out on all the sticking yourself with pins and cussing when the stems break, and the staying up until 2 a.m. because you can't do them earlier than the day before. Bummer.
